PHILOSOPHY(abridged) Rancho co-op Nursery School members share a philosophy that teaches preschool children in a noncompetitive environment which accentuates socialization, creativity, self esteem and a feeling of "I can !". | ||

WHERE The Rancho co-op facility is located at 2551 Motor Avenue in West Los Angeles amidst the park setting of the Cheviot Hills Recreation Department. (for directions click on map further down) | ||

WHEN Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (exceptions are made due to adverse weather conditions) | ||

PARENTS/GUARDIANS Rancho is a cooperative where parents and legal guardians participate in various activities, which include one work day a week at the school per enrolled student. Other participatory areas include but are not limited to:

Academic Director The co-op employs one full time teacher. The teacher plans programming, directs the flow of daily routine, guides and helps the children develop individually and confers with parents. | ||
